A "Baby" Boot Camp Testimonial
Jennifer,
Just wanted to touch base with you as it has been months. I hope all is going well with the boot camps. I check the website every now and again to see what is going on. I just wanted to say thank you again for the boot camps I participated in.
As you know, I did it to make sure I was as healthy as possible prior to getting pregnant and to make sure my back was as strong as it could be before trying to carry a child. I just wanted to let you know that my back barely bothered me at all. I also thought you would be glad to know that I only gained the recommended 25-30 pounds during my pregnancy.
One week after delivery, I am fitting into some of my clothes again and I only have twelve pounds to lose to be at my pre-pregnancy weight. I attached a few pictures: one of me at my baby shower a mere eleven days before I delivered, one of me a week after delivering my son in my pre-pregnancy clothes (that was an awesome feeling!!) and one of my son, Braden Jacob.
Just wanted you to know that I appreciate everything you helped me achieve and to put it out there that boot camp works during pregnancy too!!!
