Mega March for Animals EventIn Boot Camps for Big Beautiful Women, big and beautiful women who have specific health and fitness goals come together to make those goals a reality. The class combines two essential components of a healthful and successful weight loss program- professional oversight and guidance and the motivation of a group.
Every woman sets her own goals with trainer Jennifer Gray. Clients can lose up to 40 lbs. with the nurturing support of Body Beautiful Boot Camp staff and their peers. Because weight gain is often attributed to stress and disconnection, Boot Camps for Big Beautiful Women seek to help women manage their stress levels and achieve a greater sense of balance in their lives.
Nutrition instruction, a key part of every Body Beautiful Boot Camp, can be especially vital to big and beautiful women in adopting healthful eating strategies.
Finally, classes are safe, effective, and fun to attend!

If you cannot make it to the orientation, please come 30 min before the start of class.
Buckledown is a 4 week option that you must fill out a registration form online. You do not get a tank top but can purchase one for $20. No measurements needed. You can attend any location and any time slot thats provided.
*So if you sign up for 3 times a week it is unlimited or if you sign up for 2 weeks you can come 3x.
