West Bloomfield Boot Camp Schedule

  • 5:45am – Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri (starting January 7th, 2013)

  • 12:15pm – Mon, Wed, Fri (starting January 28th, 2013). LUNCH BLAST. This is a 30 minute intense cardio with a sandwich! Showers available.

Cleanse Menu for Days 1, 2, & 3

Before breakfast: Warm water with juice of one lemon

Breakfast (7:00 AM): 1 grapefruit or 1 cup berries / 2 Orchard blend Juice Plus+ Capsules

Morning Meal #1 (9:00 AM): 1 whole egg with 2 to 3 egg whites and baby spinach 1 slice of toasted sprouted grain bread (Ezekiel sesame bread or Health seed spelt). You may put a little flax seed oil or put eggs on your toast.

Mid Morning Meal (11:30 PM): Juice Plus+ Complete (MRP)

Lunch (2:00 PM): 3 to 4 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast (turkey, or fish) with a large mixed greens and veggie salad. Use Flax seed oil and Apple Cider Vinegar dressing; 2 Garden blend Juice Plus+ Capsules

Mid Afternoon Meal (4:30 PM): Juice Plus+ Complete (MRP) Dinner (6:30 PM): 3 to 4 oz. Boneless skinless chicken breast (turkey, or fish) with large salad and steamed veggies. Use Flax seed oil and Apple Cider Vinegar dressing.

SALAD DRESSING RECIPE 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar 1 TBSP Flax Oil * * Add your own Spices. (Garlic and parsley or Cayenne and cilantro) Juice from 112 of a lemon

Cleanse Menu for Days 4 & 5

Before breakfast: Warm water with juice of one lemon

Breakfast (7:00 AM): 1 grapefruit or 2 cup berries / 2 Orchard blend Juice Plus+ Capsules

Mid Morning Meal #1 (9:00 AM): 2 cups sliced cantaloupe and honeydew melon

Mid Morning Meal (11:30 PM): 2 plums or peaches

Lunch (2:00 PM): A large (3 to 6 cup) mixed greens and veggie salad. Use Flax seed oil and Apple Cider Vinegar dressing.

Mid Afternoon Meal (4:30 PM): Approximately 2 cups of raw, steamed or grilled veggies; 2 Garden blend Juice Plus+ Capsules

Dinner (6:30 PM): 3 to 4 oz. Boneless skinless chicken breast (turkey, or fish) with large salad and steamed veggies. Use Flax seed oil and Apple Cider Vinegar dressing.

**Meal times can vary, but frequency and spacing must stay consistent (every 2 -2 112 hours/6 meals a day).

Mid Afternoon Meal (4:00 PM): Juice Plus+ Complete (with water) / 2 Garden blend Juice Plus+ Capsules Dinner (6:00 PM): 3 to 4 oz. Boneless skinless chicken breast (turkey, or fish) with large salad and steamed veggies. Use Flax seed oil and Apple Cider Vinegar dressing.

TIPS for cleanse:

  • Take capsules everyday even when not indicated.
  • You can still drink coffee but no cream (dairy)
  • Use stevia products to sweeten
  • Experiment with different non-salt spices and vinegars
  • Share recipes with your teammates!!!
