Mommy Bootcamp

The camp is to help new Mommies to lose the extra baby weight and get back their pre-baby figure. Mommies are welcome to bring their babies along.

New mothers bring their infants to class and lose pregnancy weight while spending quality time with their own babies and other new mothers. We accommodate mothers with a family friendly atmosphere while helping them reach their goals of tightening, toning, and weight loss as quickly as possible.  Many mothers opt to bring toys, rockers, etc. to keep their children entertained.  Exercises are often modified so mothers can continue to workout even on days when their little one needs to be held.
