Ms. Jennifer Gray teaches the following locations and classes: West Bloomfield 9:30am M/W/F, West Bloomfield 7:30 pm M/T/W/TH, Southfield 7:30am Saturday, Royal Oak 6:00am M/W/F, Royal Oak 7:30pm M, and Royal Oak 9:00am Saturday. The remaining locations and classes are instructed by her staff of qualified elite trainers. These elite trainers are educated in Ms. Jennifer Gray’s time tested health & fitness methodologies.

As
fitness boot camps become a gym staple, Jennifer Gray has
found a niche in the industry by pioneering the concept. She
offers her Body Beautiful Boot Camp out of several fitness
facilities in a location near you! Please note that all listed
locations and time slots are subject to change. Feel
free to suggest a location or timeslot you'd like to see added
to jenn@bodybyjenn.com.
Additional locations and timeslots may be offered based on
demand.
Upon registration, you'll choose
two or three days in one time slot at one location for your
set training schedule. To get the most benefit out of the
program, we recommend spacing out your workouts strategically
throughout the week (for example, you might select the 6am
time slot in West Bloomfield on Tuesday and Thursday, with
the additional 7am on Saturday to round out your week.) You
will be able to make up missed classes on any of the other
days in that time slot.
At each location, campers
will be grouped according to fitness level and goals. There will be private classes for the Prenatal & Postnatal programs. Some cities may have two locations. Please
identify your group (Women, Big Beautiful Women, or Bride)
and time preference, and attend your scheduled orientation. |
