One-on-one Private Work-outs & Small Group Fitness Training

One-on-one work-outs and small group fitness training is for people who want to workout in a smaller, more private setting without menus, demerits, or cardio/food logs. It is not as structured as the bootcamps, and there are no contests involved.

One-on-one personal training and small group fitness training is available at all three of our locations: West Bloomfield, Royal Oak, Rochester Michigan.

There is a class maximum of 10 people and the fee per class is $40/person for group fitness training.
1 on 1 personal training is only $75/hr when you sign up for 10 sessions, and can take place at home or in our private fitness studios.

Male trainer available on request.

Buckledown is a 4 week option that you can sign up online. No measurements needed. You select preferred location and time but you can attend any location and any time slot thats provided.
