About The Program

Each main fitness camp is twelve weeks long, and also includes two six week sessions. Buckle-Down Boot Camp is a way for campers to keep up their motivation and exercise in between camps. The six week sessions run parallel to the 12 week program.

Although campers will utimately get the most out of a 12 week session, there are advantages and disadvantages to the individual 6 week sessions. For campers beginning in the first six weeks, they will be starting off with a larger group of women and have the advantage of growing their support group early on. Campers beginning in the second six weeks will miss some of the information from the beginning orientation, but will be inspired by people who have already had results from the first 6 weeks.

Extreme Buckle-Down programs are a kickstart for our main programs. With a requirement of 4-5 days attendance, they are a way for campers to overcommit for one week to get prepared for the 6 or 12 week commitment.

The Body Beautiful Boot Camp Concept

Body Beautiful Boot Camp is a whole body approach that integrates Jennifer Gray’s own fitness formula- which includes bosu ball, kickboxing, circuit weight training, Pilates, low-impact step aerobics, yoga, and belly dancing - with nutrition and healthy lifestyles.

For every woman at any stage of life and fitness level, from brides-to-be, to those preparing for any special occasion, Jennifer Gray’s Body Beautiful Boot Camps ensure life-changing results. With group personal training and intensity combined with a nurturing environment, participants achieve measurable results. While many other fitness regimens don't address the whole person, Gray's Body Beautiful Boot Camps acknowledge that stress and disconnection often contribute to being unfit. Jennifer helps women to reconnect with the softer, feminine side of themselves. The training actually results in a lean and sexy but soft look- Victoria’s Secret models might not have the secret alone anymore!

The fitness program remains easy on joints with lower impact exercises; there is an emphasis on women reaching their goals in a safe manner. Women of all shapes and sizes are encouraged to participate.

With every camp, Jennifer Gray takes the best of all the disciplines she know and tailors it to the class needs. Exercise can be enjoyable, she believes. And she’s set out to prove it. Every step of the way, she is there to ensure that her clients succeed.

From Pilates Bar method to Bosu ball, kickboxing to low-impact step aerobics, yoga to belly dancing, the workout system evolves to keep participants interested and active. Gray blends cardiovascular training with stretching, a healthy diet and a supportive environment. Programs last for 6 or 12 weeks. Clients are encouraged to keep the end in sight and remain motivated.

Group effort
By joining a boot camp program with friends, clients receive the emotional support they need to attain their healthy lifestyle goals. Working out and maintaining a healthy diet with one’s peers keeps the entire group energized and motivated to work toward those common weight loss goals.
Jennifer believes there is strength in numbers. Working out as a team provides that extra encouragement and support that every woman can benefit from on the gym floor.

The benefits of boot camp go beyond the program itself. It’s a life-altering health and lifestyle experience, not another weight-loss fad.

Boot camp is made convenient for her clients. Sessions are held anytime between 6 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. to accommodate a variety of time-pressured work schedules. Clients are in and out in one hour, and they work their entire body. It’s an efficient way to fit in fitness on a busy schedule. Clients are encouraged to keep the end in sight and remain motivated.

Total health
More than 100 women have graduated from Jennifer Gray's Body Beautiful Boot Camps, attaining the toned figure they each desired and gaining a healthy diet plan that works. The majority of her clients drop 10-20 pounds participating in a boot camp program. Those who wish to continue on may re-enroll.

The fitness programs provide goal-oriented health and fitness training. Each program keeps a defined end, and measurable result, in sight. Clients work toward their goal from start to finish and get hooked on the intensity. Clients are encouraged to never break a promise to themselves.

Body Beautiful Boot Camps include 12, 18, 24 or 36 sessions and can be divided into two or three sessions per week at a local gym. Clients who choose to meet three times a week will be required to complete two additional cardio-centered sessions per week on their own time. Clients who meet twice a week will then be responsible for three cardio-centered sessions on their own time.

Plan on success
Jennifer Gray focuses on a method of “success through preparation,” a concept she believes in when it comes to healthy living. By planning for exercise and preparing to make healthy food choices, weight loss goals are possible. And the results are rewarding. Her programs provide more than a customized and diversified exercise regimen. In addition, she incorporates diet and fitness counseling into her camps.

Clients must also maintain a cardiovascular training log of their fitness routines throughout the program. Jennifer is accessible to clients throughout the program, and answers questions and provides support and guidance.
Jennifer Gray’s Body Beautiful Boot Camps ensure results based on personal accountability. She believes that when a person is accountable for her actions, the effort becomes more than a workout or a healthy diet -– it transforms into a beneficial lifestyle.

Clients in Body Beautiful Fitness Boot Camps must take responsibility for their own fitness goals. Clients must be serious and focused on the future. Coming to camp late isn’t acceptable. Clients who do show up late to a session receive a demerit and those accumulating three demerits do not proceed in the program. The key is to “make a commitment to yourself and you’ll succeed".

Body Beautiful Boot Camp Rules

Body Beautiful Boot Camp rules ensure that each client is held accountable for her own progress in the program. At the start of each Body Beautiful Boot Camp session, clients will sign a contract with themselves and Jennifer Gray agreeing to abide by the following rules. Breaking each rule more than three times will result in suspension from the program.

  • Never be late.
  • Print your cardio log and food log out each week and bring it to your first class of the week.
  • Attend fitness class at least twice a week.
  • Keep a positive attitude toward others in the class.
  • Wear your Body Beautiful Boot Camp t-shirt to each and every class; we are a team with common goals!
  • Give it your all everyday.
