Body Beautiful Boot Camp for Brides
For women wishing to get in shape and feel extra beautiful for that special day!
Body Beautiful Boot Camp for Women
For women of various fitness levels and experience looking to tone, lose weight, and trim body fat. Participants will be grouped with others at the same or similar fitness level.
Body Beautiful Boot Camp for Big Beautiful Women
For women of various fitness levels and experience looking to tone, lose at least 40 lbs., and trim body fat. Participants will be grouped with others at the same or similar fitness level.
Prenatal Fitness & Wellness Program
Great for moms-to-be to get or stay in shape safely and effectivey during the first, second, and third trimester.

Post Pregnancy Mommy Boot Camp
Designed with new moms in mind to reduce baby weight, and to firm and tone up.
Teen Summer Boot Camp
For teens of various fitness levels ages 14 to 18.
* Please choose a Body Beautiful Boot Camp location:
* Please choose a time slot within the location you selected above for your set training schedule. Available days are shown next to each time. You will be able to make up missed classes on any of the other days during the week in that time slot. For example, if you select Monday and Wednesday at 9am in Royal Oak, you may make up days you miss at 9am on Thursday in Royal Oak or 9am on Saturday in Royal Oak. If you plan on going on vacation or being out of town, you'll be able to make up classes in other weeks. Just give your instructor prior notice so we can help you plan.
